Vault Cards and Golden Keys

Each Bounty Pack includes a Vault Card. The official FAQ describes 24 cosmetics and four re-rollable gear pieces earned through gameplay, separate from the pack's guaranteed Legendary. That split is the reason Deluxe's Bounty Pack Bundle is more than four mission packs: you are also buying four card tracks. Vault Card 5 is sold separately from Bounty Pack 5, which is why the $5.99 Amara pack on Story Packs does not automatically mean Card 5.
Golden Keys come from SHiFT codes. Redeem on the SHiFT site or in the Social menu after you link a SHiFT Account. One code is one redeem per account, not per platform and not per character. Codes expire, so current strings belong on Gearbox's SHiFT page while the redeem rule stays here. Cross-play setup for that same account is on Co-op.
