The Timekeeper and the Order
- Steam about-text and the official FAQ agree on the shape: Kairos is hidden, the Timekeeper rules it, and the Order is the system you push against. The cinematic launch trailer on the hub is the same pitch in motion. This is not a spoiler sheet of boss phases. It is the faction index you need so the planet page, the bounty packs, and the campaign marketing stop sounding like three different wars.
- The catastrophe is the disruption, not a named raid season. Official copy does not give a lieutenant roster in the pages used for this wiki, so the table stops at the dictator, the Order, and the Outbounders. If you came here looking for a bestiary, that content is not on the first-party pages behind this route. For the map those factions stand on, read Kairos. Watch the cinematic on the hub if you want the same pitch in motion, then come back to this roster when you need the names in writing before a mission that mentions the Order or Rush.
- Treat the Timekeeper as the campaign antagonist, not as a selectable class or a storefront SKU. Vex, Rafa, Amon, Harlowe, C4SH, and Loveless are the playable hunters on Vault Hunters; none of them replaces the dictator row. The Order is the ruling force those hunters push against after the catastrophe. If a mission briefing names the Order, this page is the faction index; if it names a region, switch to Kairos.

Outbounders, Rush, and Fadefields
- The Outbounders are the Fadefields faction under Rush. The first Bounty Pack uses them as its NPC focus, which is why they appear on a Timekeeper page at all: they are the named resistance pocket in the opening region, not a fourth Vault Hunter. Rush is the leader name printed in the FAQ; extra community names are left off.
- Bounty Pack story still drops Vault Cards and cosmetics, which resolve on Loot. The geographic hook stays Fadefields. If you are buying Deluxe for the Bounty Pack Bundle, you are buying this faction's later missions as well as the base campaign. Edition contents are listed on Editions; the Timekeeper dossier answers who rules Kairos and who sits opposite the Order in the first region.
- Fadefields is still part of the base campaign map, so Standard owners meet the Outbounders without buying Deluxe. What Deluxe adds is the later bounty missions that keep using that faction as the narrative hook, plus the Vault Card track that rides those packs. Rush does not become a seventh playable hunter in Version 1.10; Loveless is the paid class from that drop, and C4SH remains the Story Pack 1 Rogue.

How to use this roster in the campaign
- Start the campaign knowing three names: the Timekeeper rules, the Order enforces, and the Outbounders under Rush sit in Fadefields as the first named resistance pocket. That is enough to parse early mission text without a spoiler list of boss phases. Whispering Glacier and Providence are paid regions on Kairos, not extra factions, even though Story Pack 1 and Story Pack 2 add C4SH and FL4K narrative on those maps.
- When a Bounty Pack names Rush or the Outbounders, you are still on the same Timekeeper war, just in a post-launch mission slice. Vault Cards, Golden Keys, and licensed parts do not create a fourth faction; they are loot rules on Loot. If you need the dated prices for those bounty slices, open Story Packs instead of rereading this roster. Watch the cinematic trailer when you want the same dictator pitch in motion, then come back here for the three-row index.
